Check-In:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-In:
If you are unable to make it to site directly and we conduct an on-line check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
The above documentation would need sending for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone prior to confirming a booking. Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Car Maintenance:
- 60-day car roll to help prevent flat spotting increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
- 60-day start-up and warm through including the regulation, checking of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components.
- Connect and maintain battery charging and conditioning (£6pm for electric).
- Wipe the car down ready to drive away - windows, wheels for "Car Swap" meet and greet..
We can also leave the car completely untouched upon request allowing you to come directly to the facility.
- We can take a vehicle for it's Service or Mot and carry out minor works should these be needed.
- We regularly check the condition of stored cars by doing a daily walk-arounds.
- Simple message service for easier communications.
The above maintenance is included in the monthly storage fee of £180pm.

Storage & Transportation:
For clients who live abroad, or outside the area we can complete the paperwork on-line by sending over the storage agreement prior to booking. Obtain you a quote for transportation - and if you're happy with everything, move forwards.
Upon receipt of this car - we will conduct a complimentary inspection including photos and send these over for your record and peace of mind.
Collection & Drop-Off Service:
We can provide a free local pick-up or drop off, subject to fair usage. We can also pick you up from home, work place or nearest train station.
Car Transportation:
Our own fully insured trailer with prices starting from £85, including non-runners.
Recovery service is also available should something happen when you are out driving.
Alternatively you can arrange this directly with your own third party company, and we will be prepared on site upon arrival.
Vintage Car Restoration:
Our main business delivers high-end and bespoke hand-made panels for classic & historic cars. Using original manufactured parts where possible or, custom made using a variety of tools; Pre-war Ranalah wheel machine, Three Oak tree stumps for panel beating.

Full car restorations can be completed using ourselves and our trusted third-parties for mechanical and electric jobs. Or, use us for the fabrication side, metal conversions, welding - anything to do with metal.
On-Site Detailing Is Provided:
We may spend a few hours valeting a vehicle but for a top-tier Detail these may take up to 5 days. You can choose what level of service you'd like.
Internal: deep clean of upholstery. Leather recuperation and fine plastics cleaned or rejuvenated.
